Employees felt that they could be fired at any time. The pay was also poor. It was far below expectations and didn't value the worth of any employee. It seemed like an awful joke when compared to the level of stress and pressure we endured every day. Things also changed constantly, and employees weren't kept updated on any vital changes. It shows arrogant leadership and a secretive attitude. Please avoid working here if you like transparency.
