      - Nice facilities (at least in Hungary) - Good atmosphere - Strong local community presence

      Kontras

      It middle management is delusional and technically inexperienced/incompetent. Times are changing and as a manager you've got to be on top of your technical field, your job is not just "coordination".

      The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.
