      Pros

      They don't treat you like a number. Decent wage for lower-level security work. They pay you accurately and on time. The managers listen and are easy to talk to. The managers are not constantly breathing down your neck just hoping you make mistake. The clients are fairly decent and quite often extremely high profile.

      Long shifts. Some staff let themselves and their colleagues down.

      Pros

      I enjoyed finishing my shift that's a pro.

      It is a terrible company to work for, very unreliable, and shows no respect for staff when you no longer work for them but decide to keep your details for third parties like Wage Stream, so the Data Protection Act means nothing to them. They don't mind wasting your time or money.
