Pros
The benefits (particularly retirement) are pretty good, vacation is better than most and there is a lot of job security as we experienced few if any layoffs during the recent economic downturn.
Kontras
The compensation is not at industry standard and in my particular division (distribution) HR concerns (advancement, performance feedback, etc...) is not a priority.
