When you voice out your ideas, you are being marked and they make sure your life there will suffer. Don’t bother flagging it up to HR because they protect the managers. NOV itself is a good company but unfortunately run by expats clowns in Singapore team. In short, those who can work gets marked and bullied by the insecure managers.
