Pretty much agree with all of above from the NOV fellows and veteran.

No.1 - low pay for talents, avg 25% lower pay than job with similar experiences in O&S companies. Myself as example, my salary jump from 01's at $40k to $50k, even with a MBA degree. I made 60% more after left NOV, and 300% more now. My advice, if you asked your manager and HR for opportunity to advance your career 3 times and receive no answer. Get out.
