This company will leave you wondering if you ever made it out of grade school. Essentially, it is grown up kindergarten. The policies are from the dark ages; inflexible and unreasonable. If you’re fortunate enough to work for a competent person your experience may be different. But I assure you if so that person is going around the old antiquated rules njm has. The turnover rate is the way it is for a reason. People leave in the middle of training for a reason. Employees with 10..15.. 20 years of tenure are leaving for a reason. If you are truly desperate for work this may be a good place for a bit. But do not for a second think anyone of the upper folks or HR cares about you or your well being. Run far far away.
