Who you know makes your opportunities instead of hard work. There are hardly any loyalties as many would rather step over you than help you up. Micromanagement or no management at all. Management is not trained in sensitivity or how to run a department, no matter how long they have been there. A lawsuit waiting to happen (or may have already).
