Everything else. Micromanaging. Discipline for using sick time. Managers use fear to run departments. People are bullied, there are cliques. It was often like high school. You are expected to take crap, come in to work daily no matter what is going on in home life. State of emergency.....you still need to report in. People loathe coming to work.
