Pros
NIP is a small community made up of well know Psychotherapists. NIP is a non profit organization who provide great services to the NY metro area. Being non profit, and a small organization, there isnt a ton of money for salaries, and not many positions, however, once in, you are treated well, and respected. Because the company cant pay ridiculously high salaries, they do offer competitive compensation, benefits, plus very reasonable time off. Working there is more like working with family and they understand people have personal lives.
Kontras
The company isnt very big. Therefore it is hard for people to move up, though the company is good at giving existing employees new job titles and more responsibilities.
