Incomprehensible method of selection for overseas attachment. Knowledge is stagnant. Can be exciting for the first few months, and get bored right after. I did not explore any opportunity to expand my knowledge. Perhaps I was hoping too much. Work environment is okay. Job is specialized - the reason why it becomes dull after sometimes. Salary is not competitive. Other semicon companies offer better range of salary. Performance bonus reflects butt licking. English competency was atrocious. HR should have given the employees English classes instead of japanese classes.
