Weaponized incompetence especially when it comes to WA Laws, NCW Libraries regulations, and following the union contract, Impossible to move up. Most internal candidates aren't interviewed for any positions they apply for. Tuition reimbursement for a required degree is way below average. High level of social worker burnout, Overworked, understaffed. Not enough pay. Caring about the job and people makes working here incredibly painful. No loyalty or respect for staff from executives or administration.
