Pros

Very flexible hours and people are generally nice

Kontras

Not enough pay. Basically what everyone else has pointed out. Also no diversity.

In regards to pay, we feel that the salaries and packages that we offer are fair and reflective of market rate. We understand that the market we work in is competitive, therefore salaries can be inflated and differ from company to company.
