      Can't complain about my time at NBCU. People are generally pretty good and the work is cutting edge.

      Only complaint is that each team has different incentives and directions which makes it a challenge to get major projects across the line.

      Great "VIP" pass for your family and friends at the theme parks

      Unless you work in new venture, the business is pretty dull (a bit like a utility company). Very risk averse company. Very slow and "matrixed" decision process. A lot of "lifers" in middle management ranks that resist change.
