      - Employees are smart. - All brands are leading the industry. - State of the art everything. - Great company benefits. - Etc

      Kontras

      Some (not all) of the management teams can be toxic - squandering employee growt to further their own agendas/careers. Many people go from team to team to try to find the teams that don't behave this way.

      Unless you work in new venture, the business is pretty dull (a bit like a utility company). Very risk averse company. Very slow and "matrixed" decision process. A lot of "lifers" in middle management ranks that resist change.
