      Dynamic company, varied projects, great people. Benefits package is good but slowly falling behind other media companies ( lack of flexibility). Comprehensive training programs.

      Kontras

      endemic macro management, lack of independence, highly political. Resource always an issue and decision making can be diabolical. Lack clear career progression.

      Great "VIP" pass for your family and friends at the theme parks

      Unless you work in new venture, the business is pretty dull (a bit like a utility company). Very risk averse company. Very slow and "matrixed" decision process. A lot of "lifers" in middle management ranks that resist change.
