Your experience will depend on your plant manager. If you have a poor one, then you will not enjoy your role. Beware the narcissistic micro managers with lying tendencies. Plant managers will lie to their superiors to make themselves look good. Rarely follow regulatory constraints. PM's follow their own rules and dissappear unnanounced. I would honestly stay away from this company, you can do much better.
