I had the opportunity to work at Nadsoft as a Software Developer for around one year, and it was a great experience that helped me grow both technically and professionally. During my time there, I worked on web application development using PHP, Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. I was involved in developing new features, fixing bugs, integrating APIs, and maintaining existing applications. These responsibilities helped me strengthen my coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills while gaining practical experience in real-world software development. One of the highlights of working at Nadsoft was the positive and collaborative work environment. The team was supportive, and senior developers were always willing to share their knowledge and provide guidance whenever needed. This made it an excellent place to learn new technologies and improve my technical skills. Overall, Nadsoft provided a strong foundation for my career as a Software Developer. The CEO of this company is completely rude and angry person.He has no sense of how to communicate with employees and is frequently angry, often insulting employes in front of the entire team.You have work 12 hours a day .The operational manager is also extenmely rude and condescending.Empolyees are expected to work unpaid over time until projects are completed ,desipte long 12 hours workday .This company is nightmare with workculture that is essentially torturous and detrimental to mental heath.This is not company this is torture room for the employee.Do not join this company if you value your well being. Toxic work culture. -working hour 12 hours a day. -No work life balance. -Blame culture -You loss your mental health here. - CEO and manager always shouting on employees and language is rude and abusive. -They treat employee as a slave. -Micro management . -Don't waste your life by joining this company. -Really bad culture.
