- Staff turnover is high - HR are pretty useless - Retention of experienced staff seems to be a very low priority - they are happy to replace a 30-years-experience person with a cheaper graduate and wonder why things go wrong - Refusal to look at implementing employer trends in our industry, such as electric car charging spots, hybrid/remote working, team building days, employee perks, half-day fridays etc.
