OK Pay, some support when it benefitted the leaders. No support on some things that truly needed it, but didn’t benefit the leaders.

Blatant theft of ideas by some leaders. They didn’t know anything about what they were leading, used and pidgeon-holed their people, then dropped them in the grease to cover their tracks.
