1.Performers goes as unnoticed as nonperformers. 2.Off-shore PMs does Appraisal and decied on growth of resorces where they have never been in loop of any of employees task. Work is strictly between On-site team and the resource. 3. Politics and favorism plays a big role when it comes to growth and oppertunities. 4. Most of the policies are employee unfreindly. 5.Employee could never be assured about the promises made by manager,or even HR. There have been plenty cases where they have cheated emplyees. 6.Wrost employee support system, all the departments are big time pain if an employee get to deal with them be it HR, Finance, internal application support or transport. All of them are useless.
