Poor Pay No Salary hike (Inspite of this they have introduced Quarterly pay by performance concept) Managers are mostly in a Box and do not know how to think outside of it. Senior level managers keep leaving and new ones keep coming in (No continuos and steady leadership) Scraps thrown by HP (Parent company) is what Mphasis gets for new projects. No clear goal definition or deliverables mentioned for most teams Bad usage of the Normalisation curve (bell curve) method for appraisals. Overall this Company SUCKS bigtime
