They wont give you a hike OR a promotion for the next 2 years that is till 2012..its formal. The HR adds NO practical value to the delivery teams.Once into the company you wont even feel there is a HR except at the time of NORMALISATION(..its a process like the stock market correction..but it happens every time here)
