decent benefits, vacation days/sick days on par with parent company

extremely disorganized
2 week in and we still have no SOLID idea what we get with these guys, just rumors about vacation days etc.
tried to give everyone an 18% pay cut when they moved in, then once moved in started giving user the premium package of vacation, sick days, benefits...waiting for the other shoe to drop cause im not buying it
