There is a huge turnover (I mean huge; the company has a completely different set of people compared to, for example, a year ago) due to a lack of professionalism and growth. It paints this picture of a really progressive workplace run by people who know their stuff—but it's just not true. And I have to emphasise again- does not care about their employees at all.
