Pros
Motivis is not the worst place in the world to work, the people are pretty friendly for the most part, the work is pretty straightforward and the pay is ok. I don't really get too hung up on the mission stuff -- i come in, do my work and go home. If this one doesn't work out, there is always work for developers.
Kontras
The reviews so far that are so glowing about this place are a little far fetched -- the executive folks do seem a little too focused on image rather than quality and there is definitely an air of paranoia at times. How can things be so perfect when people are leaving or being laid off? That's business but who are you kidding? Also, its an open office space that they like to say is collaborative and fosters innovation but really is just noisy with most people wearing headphones the entire day.
