At Motivis Learning, we are creating a new and better way of learning that is equitable and accessible. It isn’t always a smooth ride when you are creating something completely and entirely new that disrupts the status quo of an educational system that no longer meets the needs of students entering the workforce. Everyday presents a new challenges that push us to stretch the way we think about teaching and learning and using technology to support learners and educators. Is it easy? No. Not at all. But nothing worth doing ever is. Is it fun! Yes. Working at Motivis requires a sense of humor and a positive attitude and a willingness to think outside of the box.

The organization’s culture is relaxed, yes, but intensely creative and collaborative. Teamwork and communication define success in this fast-paced, adrenaline-pumping environment. As a start up, we are agile, always adapting and iterating. This isn’t for everyone. People who like to sit in stuffy offices and those who aren’t willing to give *whatever it takes* are not well suited for Motivis. Working here requires heart and soul and a healthy working knowledge of pop culture.
