The agency is full of talented likeminded people who are driven by making a difference. Although the agency has a structural hierarchy (which is needed in business) each person is able to carve their own path to achieve their goals. Freedom to learn and create your own applications, code, campaigns etc is given which is a good benefit something my previous agencies haven’t given. I’ve quickly learned the grass isn’t always greener.

Not everyone is driven by making a difference so that was frustrating. Agency life isn’t a 9 to 5 job. Decision making can be a little slow too.

Had a great manager and team that helped my development and recognised when i wanted to contribute above and beyond the role requirements. Supported development and genuinely listened to new ideas.

Office is a bit out of the way and lacks some of the leisure activities many agencies seem to have these days.
