I always felt supported in my current work and wherever i wanted to progress to next. The culture was great and the work was rewarding. I learnt a lot in this role and from the SMT.

You never know when it will get busy as it is based around weather events, but thats part of it being so rewarding, helping people get back in their homes after a disaster - its not bad being unexpectedly busy when you can help others.
Great teamwork! Everyone is helpful, collaborative, and supportive. There’s no rigid hierarchy—team leads and managers are approachable and down-to-earth. Lots of training and incentive for growth if you have the right approach.
