Dear Xoolyan, Thanks for writing a review. The best we could do is to give you a good working environment. Thanks for acknowledging it. You highlighted a few cons - we shall certainly work towards fixing things that is fixable. CDT and Exploratory testing is what we are known for. For us to think beyond it - we need to be exposed to a thought process and we would certainly like you to write to us anonymously if required on what we are missing in Testing. HR Team being the worst and providing a very good work environment is contradictory. Our culture focus has been great. We are doing a lot of good things in the coming months and we are very excited about it. Of course - we care for our employees and they will certainly grow Moolya as they have. If today we are nearing 150 people that is because we have cared for them. There are enough number of people in our company completing 3+ years and 4+ years. Would not have happened unless we cared. Plus - Moolya has attracted the best of the start-ups and top of the cream work in testing. It is hard for me to believe the part that if you are in Moolya you become dumb. Including you - I believe you have become smarter but even the smartest of the people have blindspots. I feel sorry that you are hurt by something. Given the open channel you had with me - you should have spoken or written to me. We could have fixed it. Nevertheless - I would like you to wish you the very best. There are a few people who left Moolya in the past who have come back. Some of those who left actually felt negative and they left. The reason they came back is because they understood the industry and felt Moolya was their home. I won't know who you are but I welcome you again in Moolya in future. Just a fun comment : What you said about laptops isn't the laptop but the OS :) Satya Nadella should comment on why all Windows laptops are slow and Macs are faster.
