The best part about my move to Moog has been the way that I have been supported and encouraged to move forward in my career. Within my first few months my manager was already talking about a progression plan; within my first year I received a surprise promotion and pay increase. The focus on career growth is unmatched compared to anywhere else I’ve worked.

Moog is not a diverse place and sometimes can get bogged down by the way things have always been done. There are also different policies and norms depending on the operating group; as someone who interacts with app OGs, this can be tedious.
