Pros
The people. Most truly do what they can to follow directions and perform to expectations that are sporadic at best. Pay and benefits are great.
Kontras
Changes in ownership changed the focus and started a decent backwards to old style management directions. After new management was in place most older employees have been released to make way for the changes that were suppose to improve the site's performance. Now outsourcing has become the new solution, workloads on managers have been doubled, and the employees are left wondering how long they can have jobs there.
