This was a great way for me to get some early experience as a graphic designer while I was a student. Great for resume & portfolio building. As a graphic designer you get to design & execute massive campaigns across multiple platforms & mediums, and then see them in the wild all over the city. Pretty cool stuff ;p

You will be working almost exclusively with other contracted students, which grants a certain level of immaturity. I experienced a lot of frustration, disorganization & poor communication skills from various managers. I experienced more drama while working for this organization than any other. Keep in mind you will also be obligated to work on the ground during event days as operations staff, this can be fun but is also immensely physically taxing.
