where to start, they micromanage every sales rep, the first line managers that were in place did nothing to advance your career and were down right detrimental to your growth in sales!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We take the concerns of all employees seriously and are very sorry to hear that you feel your manager did not support your career development. We have designed a specific ratio of sales reps to managers (5:1 in Enterprise) to best support employees on all aspects of the sales cycle, as well as to ensure that managers can devote the necessary time to train and coach each of their reps so that they can continue to grow and develop their careers.
Our BDR to CRO initiative outlines the many career paths and development opportunities within our Sales organization and provides defined upskill programs and trainings to help individuals achieve their career goals. Both the personal and professional development of our reps is a major focus for our CRO and Sales leaders.

Supportive people, a strong culture, and meaningful flexibility are the biggest positives. Workloads can be heavy during busy periods, and priorities can sometimes shift quickly (which is expected in growing companies)
Really depends on the team, however middle management needs to be addressed. Toxic culture that truly depends on who your manager is. Silent layoffs are made to seem "Performance-based", then job is re-posted at a reduced range. Proceed with caution and understand that HR is not your friend.
