Pros

The interview process from start to finish was seamless. Its involvement from the people talent team to the management reporting line followed by a session with the peer team showed the committment the organisation takes to bring in the right fit so as to compliment with their amazing team culture. They realised that job fulfilment and career trajectory was important to myself so those aspects were covered as well which sealed the deal.

Due to Covid 19 being rampant, my only regret was not to have the opportunity to meet the stellar team in person as we working from home as per the government guidelines,
