Overall disaster , lack of organisation - Finance Analyst bei MoneyMatrix: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The environment, the office facilities, the bonus programmes, the food and gym allowance, real opportunity to grow as a professional, human touch (differing from most companies in Malta, I felt part of a family here). They organize chair massages, breakfasts, and get-togethers, also last team building they took us all to Bulgaria on a full paid trip :)

The only con I would say is that salaries could be higher. The relation between the salaries and the prices for rental properties is just bad. But this is a problem all around Malta. The salaries are not up to the cost of living here.

growth means changes, if you are not used to working in a rapidly changing environment it can feel a bit strange
