Although they try to present the new changes as embracing innovation, I think it's clear to most employee's that this is solely for profit seeking and making the shareholders happy. While over-relying on AI, relaying responsibilities, laying off employees might keep Moneris on its feet for a while, I wouldn't be surprised if there was a huge blowback in the long term.
