Pros

The diverse group of companies that have become Community Brands (through acquisition) are becoming more cohesive. Within CB there is now a good number of opportunities and in certain areas business is really growing. Also, the company was flexible and "pivoted" well in response to the Covid virus issues.

It took a while to absorb a number of the companies and there were unnecessary "casualties" and missed opportunities along the way.
