Good company getting better - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Momentive Software: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I've been with the company for a short while and it's been challenging - initially due to exec level management changes, and then due to the COVID crisis. But through this all I am happy to see that the new exec's are leading from the front, and making a lot of improvements in the company. I'm loving the Pune office as it has built a strong culture and good employee practices over many years. The management is good, the colleagues are great, and there is a lot of opportunity. And we seem to be navigating the COVID crisis pretty well (relatively of course).
