-Lots of opportunity for those who are flexible and want to solve complex problems -If you see a problem and raise your hand most groups need people to step up and work through issues -Going through lots of changes, work is always changing and a challenge -Many managers have a focus on getting the job done, with flexible PPTO and schedules. Probably varies by group though. -Passionate co-workers

-Many departments lack infrastructure and processes because of all the acquisitions. Need to do the difficult work creating infrastructure -When there is a lack of process, controls are put into place which can put a high administrative burden on everyone. Need to keep focusing on the LT solution.
