Serious cultural, behavioural problems - which the management has tried to address, but to no avail as those causing the problems are never disciplined - and no proper HR to report to either. 5. Existing staff make newcomers feel alienated - or are coerced into joining a clique. 6. Tendency to over-sell or hype up the the core tech. 7. Senior Management set very poor tone - often lose temper in front of junior staff & during meetings. 8. Rampant gossiping in the corridors. 9. Management show favouritism towards certain individuals.
