Working for Moline is amazing! They are always there to help when you need it. It is more like working with Family.

I think that everything they do works well for their company.

They tend to pay more than other local management companies.

Corporate office has favoritism. The owner Charlie lets Employees talk to property managers however they please with no repercussions. They act like they’re there to support you but at the end of the day when it comes to it they will leave you without a job and push you out the door. The regional is rarely able to come to your property because she has a phobia of flying. The owner Charlie has unrealistic expectations. And Moline management buys properties without knowing the state laws and rules and regulations regarding tax credit and HUD.
