Extremely high turnover rate 60+ hour work week with no additional compensation/overtime Too many personal clique's starting at the top-down Yes man mentality and don't care who they step on. If you don't like it, they find a way to fire you. No HR dept. No room for advancement/promotion. They would rather hire outside first before promoting internally. No sound/reliable internal/external working IT infrastructure. Inconsistent company policies.
