You could have 100 hrs of pto it dont mean a thing cause they can deny every day you request. Also, the job is to get sick people to their appointments. And they can never seem to do that. Nine out of ten calls are going to be patience Calling upset because their transportation is over thirty minutes late Getting them. I'm talking wheelchair bound dialysis patients that modivecare cannot get to one appointment on time. These people are dying because modivcare cannot do their job. And I have a problem working for a place that doesn't do its job.
