Lack of industry knowledge by Senior Management (SVPs), Mid-Management, and Sales staff. Lowest base salaries in the industry. Commission plan is very weak for starting recruiters and the sales commission plan is 40% higher than the recruiters commission plan. Very little room for advancement. Modis is not on the vendor list for the major companies in the market which prevents them from even supplying services. Very long work hours required with no flexibility. Very few women in management roles or even Sales roles. "Good Ol Boy" club still exists here and includes the President of Modis. Poorly located office setting/environment.
