Larger corporation with good benefits, all the bells and whistles on the branding side, good office locations, brand recognition when speaking with candidates, good robust database

Favors business development mgrs side (both financially and culturally), lack of introspection as a culture - messages vs. action, breeds zombies for recruiters (if you feel too much there, you will never be able to survive), terrible training methodologies, condescending culture which breeds/attracts either robots or total jerks as Directors and above.
