Pros
-Remote (not sure if that’s still the case). -Pretty good pay and benefits (although not everyone on the team was payed well).
Kontras
These are all related to the Medicaid side of the business. The commercial side seemed to be much better to work for. -Overworked (director’s expectations are insane and she does not value any work-life balance). You will be expected to answer Teams messages at all hours of the night and to jump back on the clock if there is anything that needs attention. -Terrible director - speaks so disrespectfully to her employees who truly believe in the company’s mission and bust their butts to make it all happen. -Unhappy team (for reasons listed above), which creates a toxic work environment. -Friday evening and Saturday shifts required.
