Pros
(1) Sales manager wasn't a micromanager. Truly cares for his reps and puts in a lot of time to help them succeed. (2) Worked with amazing techs and very knowledgeable people (3) Work/Life balance was more than fair. I fear 1 and 3 are coming to an end in 2026 though.
Kontras
(1) Unprofessional company. I put in my 2 weeks notice. They told me my last day was that day. I was previously informed that would be the case by others so I already had a job lined up. (2) Selling PM's for a company with techs who are part of a union is crazy due to the higher prices. Confirmed by half a dozen others working in the industry...inside and outside of the company. Their tool to justify their prices can only justify so much in the real world. (3) Astra is their parent company as of a couple years ago. It's now getting more micromanaged and finances aren't as anticipated.
