      The job is quite involved in the design process, so there is quite a bit to be learned. You get to see your designs being built and that is oddly rewarding,

      Pros

      I worked at Modern for 10 years directly with the President & VP of the company. It was an amazing place to work, learn and grow. The work was challenging and interesting. Friendly work environment. The employees were all great and always willing to help each other. The compensation was great and you were always rewarded for your hard work.
