Pros
The pros of working here is me and a few other employees got along because we all understood the hazard and hard work the employers put us through and pushed aside all of our personal problems to come in and help our employers even when we didn't have to work.
Kontras
We never had a decent lunch room our lunchroom was in the basement surrounded by all the boxes of merchandise, no windows down there either, just a small table and two chairs. if our manager got lazy we had to do all of her work also, not to mention that they purposely made customers constantly come to the first floor and bombard one employee when there could be multiple employees working as a team upstairs and being cashiers on the second floor. Customers were a really rude problem and although professionalism was required, if any employee attempted to defend himself we would be fired on the spot and management would completely act as though we were not human and not supposed to defend ourselves. two out of three managers would constantly curse while working with us on the floor even sometimes just casually talking, but if the employees did it, we would be written up.
